T series digital temperature controller is designed and manufactured according to international DIN standard. This product has small volume, good appearance, high reliability, cold-end automatic compensation function, good shock resistance, good anti-jamming ability and over-temperature alarm function attached; it is widely applied to the temperature measurement and automatic control of instrument in the industry of metallurgy, plastic machine, packaging machine, garment machine, baking oven air-conditioning, tobacco, textile and dyeing within the range of -200~1600℃. And it can display and control the parameter of pressure, flow and fluid level as it equips the corresponding sensor.

1、Installation maintenance
1)、There should be no corrosive gas on site and good connecting point contact.
2)、Should examine the instrument is properly cabled and the temperature-sensing component goes well with instrument index number before power is on.
3)、The mounting location of sensor should reflect the rise and fall of furnace temperature correctly and promptly.
4)、The connection between thermocouple and instrument should use corresponding compensating lead or directly connect to the instrument and the polarity cannot be opposite.
5)、If the instrument displays abnormal, should check whether the thermocouple connection is shorted or turned-off and whether the instrument working voltage is normal.
6)、The environment of instrument storage should meet the technical requirement.
7)、When the instrument is used measuring control of pressure, flow and fluid level, the name, model and specification of equipped component should be informed.
