Characteristic
This controller is mainly applied to robot, it adopts high speed CPU, and has advantages of fast response, precision action control, high stability, convenient data storage, high anti-interference and easy setting and operating. It has LCD screen and LED indicator, can display current working state of robot and alarm content exactly and rapidly, and makes users work more safely and conveniently. It can store 50 groups of standard action programs or user-defined action programs. 2、Function introduction
1）、Robot action:main arm rise/fall; main arm forward/backward; main arm clamp/declamp; screw in/screw out; vacuum suction/relief; auxiliary arm rise/fall; auxiliary arm forward/backward; auxiliary arm clamp/declamp.
2）、Function selection: punch linkage; main clamp detection; auxiliary clamp detection; vacuum detection.
3）、Special functions selection: reserve numbering times; cycle time; alarm time; safety door; external stand-by; key-press tone.
4）、Single & dual-arm selection:single arm program: standard action program is set to single arm mode.
dual-arm program: standard action program is set to dual-arm mode.
5）、Module selection: read and copy action program module.
6）、Teaching mode: can customize editing action.
7）、Time setting: set action time of robot.
8）、Monitoring function: real-time monitoring of output and input action state.
9）、Alarm function:Display alarm information.
Installation and maintenace
1）、Operator must acquaint himself with the contents of manual before installation, wiring, operation and maintenance. And operator must know very well related mechanical and electronic common sense and all relevant safety cautions.
2）、Please install on metal or other flame retardant matters and away from fuel.
3）、Should be safety grounding when use.
4）、Wiring operation must be done by professional electrician.
5）、After the disconnect power is confirmed, operation could be started.
6）、Do not plus and remove data cable in the live system.
7）、Ensure that robot is in a position of safety before turn power on and turn power off.
8）、Please have regular maintenance to ensure controller works without accident.
