Characteristic
This control is mainly applied to electric power oven, by using high performance microcomputer control technology; MOC-100 food machinery hopper rotary oven controller has advantages of high precision of temperature control, convenient data storage and easy setting and operating. TOC-810 oven controller adopts double display window up & bottom temperature display, advanced balance power output heating control, count-down baking and steam time control, is applied to high-end food oven with complete function.

It adopts fire regulating mode to control up & bottom temperature, resulting in frequent on-off, so we might consider using solid relay to control up & bottom layer heating, this method has longer heating control life-span than AC contactor, you can choose 15、16 terminal or 19~22 terminal.

1、Cautions in installation
1)、External power supply have abnormal changes will lead to the breakdown of control system, for the safety work of the whole system, please make sure to set safety circuit outside of the control system.
2)、Operator must acquaint himself with the contents of manual before installation, wiring, operation and maintenance. And operator must know very well related mechanical and electronic common sense and all relevant safety cautions.
3)、Please install on metal or other flame retardant matters and away from fuel.
4)、Should be safety grounding when use.
5)、Wiring operation must be done by professional electrician.
6)、After the disconnect power is confirmed, operation could be started.

2、System installation and commissioning
1)、Should install electricity box of controller in place with good ventilation, oil-proofing and dust proof. If the electric control box is closed, temperature of controller will be too high, affect the normal work and the exhaust fan should be installed; the preference temperature of electricity box is below 50℃ and relative humidity less than 85%RH.
2)、It is necessary to avoid controller being installed too close to AC accessories: contactor, transformer, and so on; the controller must be kept away from strong electromagnetic field environment, for avoiding unnecessary interference and affecting the normal work.
3)、Please have regular maintenance to ensure controller works without accident.
